July 30 2025 Announcement:
The forum is back! Thanks to the review of my lawyer! I want to provide some extra clarity for my other friends who host forums and might be concerned about these laws as well:

If the forum is accessible to users in the UK or EU AND includes content that might be considered inappropriate for minors, such as explicit, violent or otherwise sensitive material, you may fall under scope of these laws.

Now, the Reject Convenience forum is accessible to those regions, however, it does not include or allow any inappropriate content. There are clear rules that can be accessed here that clearly state that this kind of content is not allowed, and will result in a ban if broken. We have a global of team moderators and reporting systems that mitigates risk associated to that kind of content, and additionally, to this day, we have never had an issue with this type of content appearing at all.

Also, to help comply with these rules even more, the following settings have been changed:
  • Newly registered users now go to a group that has limited access. This is to prevent spam and posting images.
  • Newly registered users will be removed from this group when they reach a certain number of posts.
  • Moderators have been given better tools to communicate with each other.

I'm sorry that this was down for a few days. New laws that breach privacy like this are scary, and I wanted to make sure that I could keep everyone here safe without breaking these laws. Thank you for your patience, as always. I'm glad to have y'all back!
