Just finished rebuilding my website

Post by SergioEduP »

I finally stopped procrastinating and finished re-building my website to be more responsive (by using less, see none, iframes/frames), it was fairly straight forward since the general design is still the same.

And as a nice little bonus I can finally link to individual pages properly now so here is my blog :D

I will be writing a blog post about this rework and what else has been going on but right now it is already too late so I'll have to go get some sleep.

Ey, I like your website!! Not much I have to say about it, other than I really like the style, and I took the computer geek quiz linked to in your About section and got a 50 :b

Nice! I see that you're going with more simpler design now, not in a bad way. It does look more organize!

Currently i'm having trouble understanding the css/html. It doesn't do what i have in mind and i don't have all day to try figuring it out.

Thank you both! I also like both of your websites and art!

Shortly after turning off my PC I noticed that my website is also not working as expected on mobile, so I'm by no means an expert (there is sooo much CSS and HTML stuff). What I do is use my browser's dev tools to mess around with CSS values like position and sizes then I write them down on the actual files. And also as a bonus tip, avoid using absolute units like "px" if you intend your website to be seen on different displays (it is what is causing issues on my website and apparently is not good practice unless you know for certain the size and density of the display that your pages will be on)
