ive been using this alternative social media called spacehey. it seems pretty well made and ive heard that the privacy is good but im not really sure what it means (im VERY new to this stuff) can somone help me and point out what it means? it just seems so confusing to me (again im sorry if this is a stupid question)

What areas in the ToS are you hung up on, I know they are usually written in a very Hard way to read. But if you can Point out some Segments I could try Explaining them for you .

Part 4
This section is telling us about how they are not liable for any Third-party Links and Ads that appear on the website. If for example somebody posts a Link to a Virus and you download it and run it. And it Destroys all your Data. SpaceHey is not at fault for this and you cannot sue them for it.

Part 5
This Part tells us that they do use Cookies including local site tracking Cookies. Not much more as they state what they collect on their Privacy Policy.

Part 7
These are two Disclaimers. Both pretty much tell us that SpaceHey is serves as i, meaning if the Website changes or disappears that you have no warranty on it.

Part 8
If you lose money or Data bacause of SpaceHey, for example they go down. They are not liable at all and you cannot sue.

Part 9
This Part says that Content like Images and etc on the Website can be false or out of date and that SpaceHey is not liable for updating them. Also they Reserve the right to change any content with no Notice.
