More formatting options

I am also an active user on the Pale Moon forum, which likewise uses BBCode. That board’s formatting options include striking text, inserting horizontal rules and more. At times, I have found myself unable to use here a formatting option I would use there and trying to substitute it. I strongly recommend we adopt more of these.
