After seeing somebody named ‘Sapphire Fire’ here, I knew I was not the only enthusiast on this board. I watched the series as a child when it was first airing. At first, I was too young to recognise that the series was ongoing and therefore supposed that, when gur Rnegu Xvatqbz sryy at the end of Book Two, that was simply the end; this misconception was put to rest when I followed Book Three as it released, day by day. I recall obtaining many of the trading cards which had been released for it (but not the mat or anything else needed actually to play), the PSP game, three of the worldbuilding books and even a plush Appa which, I think, is somewhere in my closet to this day. I never knew about the comics as a child and lost interest in Korra while the first series was airing, but I had stayed in the cinema far longer than I should have in the vain hope that the film would improve. I watched the original series again a year ago, renewing my interest in it. I have not written fanfiction or anything like this, but I have speculated privately about subjects like how substances like wood ought to be interpreted through the four elements, leading me to read a fair deal from academic and primary sources on the history of chemistry. I have also been able to enjoy private discussions with friends who were either too old or young to watch when the series was new. How have you enjoyed the crown jewel of US American animation over the years?
