Recently for me it's been Foxlore but my all time favorite is still Demon Days.

I saw this video a few weeks ago when it was recommended to me. I really love her visual style and method of storytelling. It really makes you feel nostalgic for the old internet.

Avatar the Last Airbender was peak! I too grew up watching it on TV but I still continue to rewatch and enjoy it as an adult. The themes and message of the original show really are timeless.
