Image sharing privacy - theyseeyourphotos.com (Ente)

This is an interesting tool used to show just how powerful data in an image/photo is. It the Google Vision API to identify the contents of an image as a description very accurately, but also the EXIF and other metadata. It's not perfect, but it's interesting.

Scotty (Strange Parts) is great. It's a shame that he had is head injury and also took a bit of a hit from covid's impact on his travel. His vids are great, and he's a great advocate of repair, tinkering, and DIY.

Dang, given the information that was breached, $30 million feels like a drop in the bucket.

I hope my family knows better, none of them have bugged me about it, but you never know!


Unfortunately that's not the case for mine. My mother is weirdly more privacy oriented than I am on some things ...

See, this is an example of modern tech that I really like. Tech can unlock all kinds of accessibility advantages, and it's frustrating when the tech is there, and no one does anything positive with it. Good to see something positive being done with it here!
