I've had quite a few medical visits as of late, and they keep pushing me to use Amazon One. Basically it uses biometrics to do quicker signins. They've said I could opt out and I do, but how did we as a society let this happen?
1. Why do we think it's ok that Amazon would have access to our biometrics like that?
2. Why do we think it's ok that Amazon would have access to our medical history like that????
I'm sorry, it feels all too dystopian.
Has anyone else seen this?
Amazon One??? Is nothing sacred???

I haven't seen that in particular, but I have noticed Amazon's entry into the healthcare market. I also don't like. It's not just that they're providing a pharmacy, as other companies have done like grocery chains and Walmart. They want to be like your one stop shop for healthcare and it feels gross.
