Trusted cookie decline browser extension

I'm looking for a trusted browser extension that auto declines all cookie prompts, or when strictly necessary only allows for the most limited cookies. I've been running "I don't care about cookies" but recently learned that this extension sometimes just accepts the cookies, if that is an easier option so it's no longer a good solution for me. I've found Cookie Cutter GDPR Auto-Deny for Firefox, but it only has 240 users, which makes me suspicious.
