I'm working on a project (the Foundry) that I believe aligns with the channel. This is an intelligent mixed use development that is engineered to empower people and combat the system. A huge part of combating the system is going to be repairing our relationship with technology. I want to make it comfortable (and possibly incentivize) for occupants to move around with no phone or a dumb phone. I expect to see things like:
- Social media that incentivizes people to get to know and join/create groups(called guilds) with their neighbors and understand the policy that is being passed
- Phone booths
- computer areas for the locals to use at their leisure.
- and much more.
I'd love to know what you guys think, books/articles I should read, content and content creators you think I'd be interested in.
