Proposal: Move "Introduce yourself!" to a full forum

I propose that the "Introduce yourself!" should be moved to a full forum.
this way it's more visible to visitors.

Maybe we should lock the general Introductions thread if the intent is to have people create their own threads, though.

I think it's fine to give the option between the two - I know I'd personally prefer to reply to an existing post than create a new one in a new space.
