How do you make custom mouse cursor?

Hey everyone!

So i already made the graphic for my custom cursor, from here on idk what to do next.

I look it up online and there's an app called RealWorld Cursor Editor, i'm not sure if the app is safe to download, i got warning when i try to download it. And i didn't find any other way to convert my graphic to cursor format.

Is anyone here have experience using RealWorld Cursor Editor?
Or maybe knows other way to make/convert custom cursor?

RealWorld Cursor Editor seems like it's safe!

I use Posy's Windows 10 cursor set, which was made in that editor, and being this far down the line I'd like to think my computer's safe.
