Got an analogue kick synthesizer.

Anyone have experience running sound from this thing, or something similar? I don't really have a great mic right now to capture it.

oOo, that would be awesome! No pressure, I'm sure I can decipher the manual with due time.

Oh, no worries! It's the name of the plush shark that IKEA sells. It comes in two sizes, small and large. I've had a large one for a while but I got a small one yesterday on an IKEA trip so the big one could have a friend!

not to be a consumerist, but its a really cute shark plushie, lol!

The Blåhaj, hell yeah!

On topic—I never had a Kick, but I used to have a Volca Keys, and I think I recall there being a headphone jack on it. You should be able to run an 1/8” (think standard headphone plug) cable into an audio recorder from the headphone jack! If you don’t have a recorder with 1/8” audio in, you might need to find an audio interface to connect to your computer. That said, the sound of a microphone picking up a crappy little speaker can be its own vibe too 8-)

Woah, thanks for the tip! I'll have to look into an audio interface for it, I see the 3.5mm ports and the headphone jack. For now, the mic will have to do, though my poor Tonor has been through the war for close to a decade now, so she isn't holding up like she used to. Nothing a solid denoiser can't fix :D

I think it's called an analog kick because you're supposed to kick it in real life ? (I make music on the compooter)

In all seriousness, this looks really cool ! I've always loved analog synths and instruments, but never taken enough time to plug them in and got them to work
